Through presentations of perfumes curated to feature botanicals growing in the Perfumer’s Garden at the Tower Estate, we will explore how perfumers are using these notes around the world
The finest International perfumes have been curated to connect with a wide variety of Grenadian botanicals. Our Edition No11 featured the finest in French Perfumery that is focused on the Floral Bounty of Grenada.
We’ll also explore Perfume Materials and learn how to use them to create our OWN custom Perfumes in a variety of WORKSHOPS

The evening presented Grenada’a historic Fedon’s Rebellion with culinary and mixology pairings at our dinner which explores the history of French Grenadian heritage
Pairing 18th Century French fragrances and Grenadian Spirits in mixology presentations is another wonderful way to refine both our Scent and Taste palettes
We experience Grenada’s Cocoa Tea and learn how it uniquely preserves Marie Antoinette’s 18th century drinking chocolate

Beautiful food all week long with Chef Belinda Bishop. From beautiful breakfasts, to fragrant feasts, the resident culinary team will be preparing the freshest produce from the Tower Estate’s organic farm. Yum!
